At WRC in Beijing, AutoLife showcased retail and reception robots in live commercial-service scenarios.

The World Robot Conference (WRC) in Beijing brought together new work in embodied intelligence and commercial deployment. AutoLife presented two service robots: one for smart retail and one for greeting, live explanation and flyer distribution.

The retail robot ran through a store workflow covering product display, business consultation and customer interaction. The approach is designed for light deployment across attractions, commercial complexes, parks and exhibitions.
The reception robot welcomed visitors, introduced products and distributed flyers. Its coordinated movement and voice interaction demonstrated practical service in exhibition halls, government spaces and corporate events.
Visitors spoke with the robots while industry guests and partners discussed deployment opportunities in retail, tourism, government reception and events.
AutoLife continues to improve reliability and scenario fit for commercial humanoid robots, expanding from retail and reception into tourism, elder care and other service environments.
